Since the beginning of The Student Affairs Collective, we’ve been committed to fostering peer-to-peer learning in the Student Affairs world. With peer-to-peer learning also comes the chance to help one another in succeeding in the field, outside of Twitter, Facebook and other digital platforms.
We pledged to donate 10% of all profits produced within our community to an #SAGrad scholarship to help graduate students pay for the ever-so-expensive cost of attending a conference and meet peers face-to-face.
The original idea for an #SAGrad scholarship came from the one and only Ed Cabellon several years ago. Through a series of twists and turns, we are happy to keep a form of his tradition alive through our own scholarship.
So, without further ado –We are thrilled to announce that we opened the application process for Student Affairs Graduate Students looking to receive funds to go to a Student Affairs Conference in Spring 2017.
Applying gives you the chance to be one of two graduate students who will receive a $240 scholarship. What are you waiting for?
