I don’t know about you, but I sure am concerned about the elections and international students. Specifically when it comes to immigration regulations. I, myself, am an international student on an F1 status in the United States. After looking at what President-elect Trump wants to achieve in the first 100 days of his mandate, I’m unsure what is going to happen (and when).
I found this very informative video by Professor Steve Yale-Loehr from the Cornell Law School. He discussed the potential impacts of both Clinton and Trump presidencies on immigration. I found this resource very helpful and I recommend you take a look if you can spare an hour.
