Thanks to everyone who participated in this week’s #SAchat focused on Recruitment to the Field of Student Affairs. Our chat produced 452 tweets from 107 student affairs professionals, graduate students and undergraduates interested or working in the Student Affairs field!

This week, we talked about ways to recruit others to consider the field, be they students or those in different fields. Additionally, we discussed ways to broach the subject of counseling others away from the field and the differences that exist from a student and professional prospective.
