We work in a selfless field. Student Affairs can be very demanding and hard at times, but also very rewarding when helping others along the way. During the hard times with staff or students, how do you show gratitude? There are many ways to do this and this is a great reminder to always be thankful. The work that we do is so important. Appreciate the highs and lows. Thank you notes are always my go to!
