Good Morning Colleagues,
I hope your long weekend was great and refreshing/recharging. As we get back into the work week my question for you all today is how do your prioritize projects for your team’s workload? Sometimes we have deadlines and a lot of things to get done. For me personally, I like to collect a list of all my tasks and organize! I am a very visual person, so writing thinks done, color coding, and having them managed in do-able tasks works for me.
